How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite sandals to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! For customers in the Bahamas, we also offer free in-store pickup.
How long does shipping take?

Bahamas Nassau Only - Same Day - (Order before 2pm)

Bahamas Family Island: 2-4 business days

USA & Canada: 7-10 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
No! We do not offer free shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
3. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 10-day free return policy on all unworn items. If your sandals don’t fit or meet expectations, we’ll gladly exchange or refund them.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply email us at info@islandsolesbahamas.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process!
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Customized or worn sandals cannot be returned unless there’s a defect.

How do I care for my sandals?

Do you offer repairs?
Yes! We offer free repairs for up to 6 months after purchase. Contact us if your sandals need minor fixes.
5. Store Pickup & In-Store Shopping
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes! Choose “Store Pickup” at checkout for free local pickup. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
